Forest Hill Real Estate
Luxury living in a dignified, elite atmosphere
Formerly known as “Spadina Heights,” this dignified neighborhood enjoys a rich history. Meticulous planning is everything. The beautiful mansions in the lower Forest Hill area, dating to the early 1900s, were built with an eye toward the future. Part of the early building code included trees planted in front of homes, and those who planted them could only dream of the beauty this would eventually bring to the area. Add to this a mix of elite condominiums and a strategic spattering of simpler homes in upper Forest Hill, and you’ll find yourself in a highly desirable neighborhood.
Forest Hill exudes grandeur and is graced with historic stone architecture and eye-catching gables. Residents enjoy a small-town feel with everything at their fingertips, including upscale boutiques, a high-end shopping center, and fine dining. The tree-lined streets encourage long, comfortable strolls and bike rides in an old-world atmosphere with all the advantages a larger city has to offer.
